*NOTE :
- In order to exchange a product, an unboxing video is required
- Incase of return for size issues 100rs will be charged to the customers for courier charges

- Items Without Original Packaging: We can only accept exchanges for products that are returned in their original packaging, along with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Items Showing Signs of Use: Products that show signs of use, wear, washed or damage caused by the customer are not eligible for exchange.

Replacements process:
Once we receive the returned item and inspect it, we will process your replacement.
If you are eligible for a replacement, we will ship the replacement product to you at no additional cost, 9 calendar days.
